  I bought a "sterling silver, gold plated" bracelet from thus company. £38.00 I think it cost. The gold has completely gone and I don't even think the metal underneath is really silver. It smells like base metal. I have informed them about it, but they are doing nothing to help.. they saaid send it back, but will not send a label and eexpect me to pay the postage. They said they will re-plate it, but I have to pay postage and I DON''T EVEN KNOW IF I WILL GET IT BACK. I would prefer a refund, but they will no longer answer my emails.
